Surveys
A survey is the set of questions your widget asks and the responses it collects for them. There are three ways to fill a new one with questions, and the survey starts collecting responses as soon as you finish the setup steps — there's no separate publishing step for a new survey.
Start from a template
On Surveys → New survey, pick a ready-made template from the grid. It fills the setup steps with the template's questions already in place, which you can then reorder, edit or delete before finishing.
Start from scratch
Switch to the Blank tab on the same screen. It starts you with no questions, ready for you to add your own.
Write it from a goal
On that same setup step, click Write survey from goal. Describe in a sentence or two what you want to learn — for example "find out why people abandon their cart at shipping" — and the assistant drafts a set of questions for you, including follow-up questions shown only after a specific answer. Nothing is saved automatically: review what it wrote, edit anything you like, then continue.
