Answers

The Answers tab on a survey shows every response one at a time, newest first: when it came in, which order it's tied to (when there is one), which version of the survey it answered, and the answer to each question — skipped questions and blank open answers are marked as such rather than left empty.

Filtering

Use the shared date range at the top of the survey to narrow responses to a period. On the Answers tab you can also search the open-text answers, and — when the survey's first question is single- or multi-choice — filter to responses that picked one option. Clearing the filters brings back the full list; nothing is ever hidden permanently, only filtered out of view.

Low-signal answers

Next to each open-text question, a percentage shows how many of its answers are low-signal — blank or a single word. It's a signal about the question, not about any one respondent: a high share usually means the question is worded in a way that invites a one-word reply. Clicking it opens the filtered list of those answers.

Adding a response by hand

Use Add response, in the survey's header, for an answer collected outside the widget — for example from a support conversation or an email. Pick the survey and, if it has more than one published version, which version the answers belong to; then fill in the same questions a respondent would see, including any follow-up question a given answer triggers. An optional reference field lets you tie the response back to an order or a conversation on your side.
