Connect an AI assistant

Let Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor read your responses and insights and run surveys, through the RawQuotes MCP server.

Connect an AI assistant

RawQuotes runs an MCP server, so an AI assistant can work with your account directly: list your surveys, read responses, fetch insights with the quotes behind them, create and publish surveys and generate fill links. You decide what it may do before it gets in.

Server address, the same in every assistant:

https://mcp.rawquotes.io/mcp

What it looks like in practice: rawquotes.io/mcp.

Pick your assistant

You also find the address and these steps in the panel, under User settings → AI assistants.

How the connection works

You don't need an API key. When you add the server, the assistant sends you to RawQuotes: you sign in, choose what the assistant can do, and click Allow access. That choice is described in What the assistant can see and do.

The assistant gets access to every project you can open yourself, never more than your role allows. Its first call is usually list_projects, because every other tool works inside one project.

Building your own integration? The server also accepts an API key as a Bearer token, with that key's own access. The Cursor page shows how.

Which plans include it

Connecting an AI assistant is part of the Basic and Pro plans, including Basic's 14-day trial. On Free the consent screen tells you the assistant can't connect yet, and nothing is shared. See Plans and billing.

Disconnect an assistant

Open User settings → AI assistants. Under Your connected AI assistants you see each assistant, its access and when it was last used. Disconnect cuts it off right away. To change what an assistant can do, disconnect it and connect again — you choose its access from scratch.

Each person manages their own assistants; nobody else on the account sees yours.

Limits

Each connected assistant or API key can send up to 30 requests a minute to the server. Above that it gets 429 Too Many Requests with a Retry-After header.
