Settings → Security covers your password and, if you ever need it, closing your account for good.

Changing your password

Enter your current password and a new one twice. The new password has to meet the same strength rule shown next to the field.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account is permanent: your account and every survey and response that hung off it are removed. A confirmation email is sent to the address on file once it's done.

To confirm, you need both your current password and a 6-digit code — request the code first, then enter it together with your password within 15 minutes. Requesting a new code cancels any code requested earlier. You get three code requests an hour and five confirmation attempts every 15 minutes; a successful deletion never counts against that limit.
